Where I am Fom Poem

Word Count: 218

“Where I’m From”

I am from both North and South of the border

I am from the city and the farm

I am from creativity and music

I am from a family who serves this country

I am from book worms and athletes

I am from pranksters and conservatives

I am from red, white and blue and from green, white and red

I am from shot and tall

I am from Español and English

I am from soccer games to football games

I am from tough love and TLC

I am from the old and the new

I am from blue and white collars

I am from the sun and the moon

I am from the stars and the clouds

I am from paint and colored pencils to key boards and guitar strings

I am from the 3 cold and wet noses on my dogs

I am from crazy colors and darkness

I am from happy and sad

I am from black and white

I am from paper to computer screens

I am from horses and dogs

I am from quiet and loudness

I am from my house in Northridge to my ranch in Mexico

I am from partiers and party poopers

I am from a mother and a father

I am from two opposites that love me and each other
